Location Finder helps you search, filter and report on modular change data using GridViewExport.csv.
Use it to quickly narrow down live or pending changes, review results, and create a printable report for operational use.
Department Number: enter a department number to narrow results.
Category Number: enter a category number with or without leading zeros.
Category Name: type at least 3 characters to search by category name.

Status View: switch between All, Live and Pending results.
Filters: use Live Modulars, Pending Modulars, Seasonal and zone filters to narrow the result set quickly.

Report description: optional one-line description shown next to Location Finder Report. Example: Promo review 20/04.
Sort priority: drag items to set the report order and the sort order.
Mod Live Dates: you must keep at least one date selected before previewing, printing or exporting.
Preview / Print / PDF: check the report first, then print or save to PDF using your browser.
Select rows to print: use the new tick column in report preview to include or exclude rows, with a header tick to select or clear all.
Bays and Hours: Bays auto-fills from the start of Modular File Name when it looks like a bay count, and both fields stay editable in preview.
Printed Report Dates: choose DD/MM/YYYY, DD/MM/YY or DDD DD/MM/YY in Settings to control how printed report dates appear.
Include on report: use the checkboxes to control Store, Generated date/time, View and Result count in the report header.
Browser compatibility: for best report preview and printing results, use Microsoft Edge or another Chromium browser. Safari may still show margin clipping or preview differences.
CSV import: use Import CSV to load GridViewExport.csv manually if auto-load is not available. Use Download to create an offline ZIP pack with the latest server CSV included as a separate file.
File location: for easiest use, keep the HTML app and GridViewExport.csv in the same folder.
Settings import/export: save and reload your report settings from the hamburger menu Settings section.
Export CSV: exports the currently filtered report data.
Use this guide on ASDA systems to export the CSV needed by Location Finder.
The PDF guide is now included here so the export steps are available in the app.
Select GridViewExport.csv to load data into this device. Local/downloaded mode can cache this CSV for offline use; website mode uses the server CSV instead.
